Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Reconstruction of the building of the Educational Institute Žďar nad Sazavou and construction work for community housing for two households". The subject is the reconstruction of the building of the Educational Institute in Žďar nad Sazavou with a change of completed construction to community Equipment with two separate households and outpatient care center. The project includes construction work including the insulation of the building, replacement of windows and doors, complete renewal of internal installations, gas heating and photovoltaic panels. Each part of the building will have a separate entry and the operating department, while the construction will be wheelchair accessible.
