Description: The subject of the public contract is a comprehensive reconstruction and superstructure of the 5th floor of the existing building on Máchova Street, demolition of the connecting tract to the next building on Bezručova Street, where the new building of the 4th floor building for social care will be realized incl. Extensions of the connecting corridor to re -connect the buildings of Machov and Bezručov. Throughout the area of the Domuha Home, paved areas will be made by walking and driven incl. parking spaces. Furthermore, the terrain modeling will be carried out using support walls, the installation of garden buildings, including the fencing of the area. The implementation of the new building also requires new connections of utilities and relocation of existing networks. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in the Annexes of the tender documentation.
