• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the performance of the function of construction manager and the provision of related services. The subject of the related project is the reconstruction of bridge structures, including their relevant components and accessories, in areas of interest corresponding to individual sections as described below. The related order will be implemented using the Design-Build method. As of the date of initiation of the proceedings, the updated expected value of the related construction contract is approximately CZK 313.4 million excluding VAT (including an option in the amount of CZK 56 million excluding VAT). Work, which, the implementation of which is the subject of a related project, is divided into the following sections: (a) Section KOLB: Bridge in Kolbenova Street, Y505..3 - rec., action no. 1000025 The section corresponds to part of the work, especially in the scope of the reconstruction of the existing bridge building Y505..3. Within the section in particular, the complete removal of the original supporting structure of the bridge and its replacement with a new structure is required. (b) Section JAND: Jandova, underpass modification, P9, action no. 2960138 The section corresponds to a part of the work, especially in the extent of deepening Jandova street in the place underpass under the railway tracks by lines 070 and 231 in the length needed for all related modifications.
