Description: The contracting authority prepares the reconstruction of the existing Besedni House in Vyškov. There are currently a building for cultural purposes and for the office operation of the city cultural center. The building is a restaurant whose operation has already been renovated. For the period of its reconstruction, it is assumed that the operation of the restaurant and the offices will be interrupted outside the building, the building will be without any operation during the implementation of the reconstruction. After completing the reconstruction, the operation of the restaurant and offices will be restored.
The subject of the public contract is the processing of all levels of project documentation and the implementation of related engineering activities incl. author supervision during construction realization. The basis for the implementation of the subject of performance is to focus the current state and opinions that let the contracting authority.
