- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the selection of a contractor for construction works consisting in the reconstruction, extension and extension of a home for the elderly - a social care facility - and the addition of a bed evacuation lift.
Part of the performance of the public contract is also the provision of related activities, including processingpreparation of the supplier's project documentation, processing of the documentation of the actual execution of the construction and obtaining documents for proper approval of the work.
Part of the proposed superstructures and additions are also the internal construction modifications of the buildings. Construction modifications consist mainly of changing the layout and the related adjustmentsand in all internal distribution of water supply, electricity, sewage, heating, cooling, air-conditioning, EPS, ER.
