Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction of the auditorium of the Pod Palmovkou Theater in Prague 8, Zenklova street 566/34. These are construction works inside the existing theater building, the aim of which is to improve the visibility and comfort of the auditorium. Modifications include, in particular, the dismantling of the existing elevation structures, implementation of a new steel structure with a new floor and surface treatment, replacement of seats in numerous upholstery and numbering, overhaul and addition of railings, modification of the balcony part with the creation of a place for technicians, new floor coverings and related minor construction works. The work will be carried out exclusively in the interior of the theater building without encroaching on the outdoor space and do not require a change in the purpose of use of the building.
