• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is mainly the processing of project documentation for the execution of the construction and the provision of copyright supervision services for the construction, the subject of which are the construction modifications of the school's attic. The subject of this public includes the following sub-parts of performance: a) Elaboration of one-stage project documentation for building construction according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended and in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, or and with other related ones legal regulations. The preparation of the project documentation will also include the preparation of a statement of dimensions, a list of works, supplies and services required for the complete execution of the work, including the creation of itemized budget estimates. List of works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions (hereinafter also referred to as the "list of works") must be in accordance with the law and meet the requirements of Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on determining the scope of documentation for a public contract for construction works and a list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements, as amended. The detailed list of works will be processed as a basis for the selection of the construction contractor and for the creation and evaluation of the itemized budget; b) Performance of related engineering-investment activities for construction management, i.e. in particular ensuring project discussion documentation with the relevant bodies and organizations of the state administration, incl. insurance or opinions for issuing a building permit, submitting an application to the building authority and processing a building decision for a building, including acquisition of legal power; c) Cooperation during implementation public contracts (for the construction contractor), when part of the subject of performance...
