Description:
Making complete project documentation for construction (PCB) and author's supervision during construction. The construction will include building modifications of 6 existing buildings associated with changing the use of 5 buildings of hostels/hotels for apartment buildings for available urban housing, included in construction modifications of 1 building of the community center with the municipal police office; All this including thermal insulation of facades and roofs, connected with windows and installation of roller blinds, demolition work, retention tanks, utility water supply, ramps, staircases, outdoor areas, new parking spaces. DPS will be elaborated in The extent necessary for the selection of the contractor in the tendering procedure. Part of the performance will also include the inventory of construction work, supplies and services with the bill of quantities and control budget and the related cooperation with the contracting authority in the selection of the construction supplier - provision of cooperation within The tender procedure for its own construction (processing of responses related to the project documentation in the framework of explaining the tender documentation, etc.). Fulfillment of the public contract must fully correspond to binding technical documents including a joint decision - approval of the building intention that consists of an integral Annex to the tender documentation.
