Description:
The subject of the public contract is the rebuilding and renovation of the building of the former tannery no. 176 in the town of Tuesday for a guest house with a restaurant.
The subject of the public contract is further elaboration of project documentation in the PCB level - project documentation for construction. The Contractor will implement the subject of the Public Procurementin the manner and under the conditions set out in this tender documentation and in its attachments. The basis for elaborating the designated degree of project documentation is the existing DSP, which forms Annex 5 of this Zd.(Design & characters) or a turnkey.
1) Projection activities before construction activities:
The subject of performance of the contract is to draw up project documentation for the project "Reconstruction and repair of tanneys Tuesday 176", in the stage for the construction of the DPS.Processed according to Decree 131/2024 Coll., On documentation of buildings. The Contractor must process the documentation according to the currently valid legislation as of the date of the documentation.
• Documentation must be fully in accordance with building permits.
• Documentation must be fully comply with the binding opinionMonument Care to the project in question.
• The Contractor shall hand over 2 copies of the documentation for the construction of the construction and three copies in electronic form on the CD/USB flash drive (documents on CD/USB flash drive will be in the formats *.doc, *.xls, *.pdf, *. JPG, *.bmformat, and also in *.dwg format). The electronic form will also include a separately processed budget and a blind budget (bill) in *.xls format.within the subsidy title, cooperation with the grant provider if necessary.
