TITLE: Reconstruction and modernization of the FSI BUT - buildings A2 and KH2

Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction work, supply and services related to the reconstruction of buildings A2 and KH2 Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. On the individual floors will be carried out by demolition work for changes in dispositions, especially in the center tract of building A2, new openings in the ceilings and walls for installation management will be carried out and statically secured. On the roof above the 7th floor, the existing HVAC engine room will be expanded. The TZB - especially HVAC, cooling, internal wiring of electrical installation of heavy -current and low -voltage, silence, compressed air will be completely replaced and supplemented. The existing Tue system will be modified, Mar and BMS systems will be installed, reconstruction of existing floors, walls and plasters will be reconstructed. New ceilings, tiles, tiles and other flooring layers of floors will be complemented. Existing plasters will be complemented and repaired. Locksmiths, joinery elements, dividing walls, etc. will be newly implemented.
