Description: The subject of the public contract is construction work, supplies and services related to the reconstruction of buildings A3 and KH3 of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. The reconstruction partially extends into the A4 and A5 buildings. The buildings will undergo a complete replacement of HVAC (internal distribution of high and low current, plumbing, partial relocation of several central heating units), modernization of ceiling structures (mostly ceilings) and floor structures, modifications and repairs of internal surfaces of load-bearing walls and partitions associated with the replacement of door wings and door frames, there will also be the construction of air conditioning and cooling of selected areas. The Measurement and control system will also be modified. Interventions in construction systems and layout changes will be minimal. In the KH3 building, there will be spaces for self-study and facilities for students.
