- The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction and modernization of the building of the Christian Youth Home, Prague 2 (work). Before the implementation of the construction, the client requires the preparation of detailed workshop documentation, which will be approved by the author of the project documentation.
Subjectpublic procurement is therefore a complete and faultless complete execution of all construction and assembly works and constructions incl. supply of the necessary materials, equipment necessary for the proper completion of the operable work and also the execution of all activities related to the supply of construction and assembly works and constguarantees, the execution of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safety measures, etc.). The selected supplier is obliged to ensure that before handing over the work to the client, a valid approval approval or approval decision for the work is issued.
Subject to performance of the public contractis also the preparation of the documentation of the actual execution of the work.
