- Reconstruction and modernization of the FME BUT campus - buildings A3 and KH3
Contract description: The subject of the public contract is construction work, supplies and services related to the reconstruction of buildings A3 and KH3 of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. The reconstruction partially affects the A4 and A5 buildings. The buildings will undergo a complete replacement of HVAC (internal distribution of high and low current, plumbing, partial relocation of several UT bodies), modernization of ceiling structures (mostly ceilings) and floor structures, modifications and repairs of internal surfaces of load-bearing walls and partitions associated with the replacement of door wings and door frames, then there will be the construction of air conditioning and cooling of selected areas. The Measurement and control system will also be modified. Interventions in construction systems and layout changes will be minimal. In the KH3 building, there will be spaces for self-study and facilities for students. The envelopes of the buildings will not be interfered with, with the exception of the setting of the air-conditioning engine room on building A3, as well as cooling in building A4 and the compressor room in the basement of building A5.
