Description:
The subject of the order is the construction work and related supplies during construction and wall reconstruction of the interior spaces of the building of the bicycle warehouse in the village of Rokytnice near Perova in the scope of the contract documents.
As part of the public contract, the construction of the bicycle warehouse and the reconstruction of the walls of the interior of the building will be carried out. It is a single-story building on the 1st floor with a flat roof and a building on the 2nd floor with a flat roof. Building 1. NP is located in the slope of the area, fenced by a wall, in the city of economic and technical buildings. The construction of the 2nd NP is located in the north-western part, and will be treated as a western facade main building.
The building will be built as a single-storey and partly a double-storey building, in the future there will be two new rooms, a technical and quiet room and sanitary facilities, in 2. NP there will be a division of the assembly hall and the construction of a social land for employees. According to this, there will be a change in the layout of the existing building, and the existing building will be sti adjusted to the attic, from the second floor there will then be a different building of the dining room. The old one will be converted into a cabinet, and the new old one will be moved to the premises of another cabinet. As a result, some structures will be insulated, a new heat source will be installed, forced ventilation with recuperation will be installed, and LED lights will be installed. Implementation will not happen by chance the capacity of all equipment.
