• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of construction works, specifically, it is a change of the completed building - construction modifications. The building is an object of civic amenities. The entire upper floor is used as a cultural center. It is currently separated on the lower floor a kindergarten with a capacity of 15 children (in the left part of the ground floor), the right part of the ground floor is unused at the time, in the past it served as an administrator's apartment and 2 rooms as a clubhouse for scouts. Newly, the right part of the ground floor will serve as a separate workplace of the Kindergarten with with a capacity of 24 children, the existing kindergarten workplace will be canceled (moved to the right) and the space will be able to be used by the owner for other purposes. Construction work will take place while the building is in operation. The subject of the public contract is also the supply of gastrotechnology, Public the contract is not divided into parts (the contracting authority does not allow partial fulfillment). The contracting authority points out that the subject of the public contract is NOT the part of the implementation listed in the itemized budget in section 02 04 Classroom / classroom equipment, participants will value this part of the itemized budget CZK 0.00.
