Description: The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the hostels in the sports complex owned by Lovosice. Fulfillment is the construction of hostels, which is part of the winter stadium in the sports complex in Lovosice. The hostel itself has 1 underground floors that are only clear and dedicated. The main building activity refers to 5 overhead floors. The building has a flat roof.
In the solved part - the hostel - in the first floor there is an entrance hall, athleture dressing room and facilities of hostels such as laundry, utility room, etc. In the second floor there is an administrative part, capacitive facilities and bistro operation. The remaining three above-ground feature of the accommodation, where it is short-term accommodation.
Construction work relates to both the external shell, when the opening fillings and the insulation of the perimeter shell should be replaced.
