- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the original primary school building, the reconstruction of the existing gym, the demolition of the connecting neck between these buildings and the construction of a new interconnection building. The construction “Reconstruction and completion of the old building of the elementary school Třebotov” follows the previous stage “Expanding the capacity of elementary schools and kindergartens Třebotov”, implemented in 2017-2019. The new connection building is throughout the existing buildings and from the eastern side of the gym. It is largely a ground building, which has a walkable terrace on the roof, the superstructure of two classrooms, and in the part of the east gable of the gym is three -storey. This part has on the 2nd floor for extracurricular children's activities and on the 3rd floor is a HVAC engine room for a modified gym. Precise building objects are written in the construction documentation.
