Description:
The subject of the public contract is to perform the reconstruction and complement of the existing ventilation and cooling facilities. Part of the public contract does not include part of the measurement and regulation. Work and deliveries are described in detail in project documentation and in the list of work with the bill of office. The bid price must overpay all costs of construction and assembly work, including the supply of the necessary materials and equipment necessary for the proper completion of the functional work. The costs are given by the completed inventory of work, which is binding and unchanging in terms of the description of individual items and overall division. The contracting authority does not guarantee the full functionality of mathematical operations in Excel tables. If the participant finds that the inventory does not contain all the work, materials and performance that are necessary for successful and high-quality work of the work, will alert the contracting authority to this circumstance.
