• The subject of the public contract is the selection of a construction manager (according to his role according to FIDIC standards) for the reconstruction of the administrative part of the Emauzy area ("building" or "work"), which is entered as a public contract according to FIDIC standards - Yellow Book (project of the type Desing & Build) on the basis of a public contract for construction work entitled "Reconstruction of the administrative part of the Emmaus II campus" published in the Gazette of Public Contracts under ev. No. Z2023-050675 ("public contract for construction"). The subject of the public construction contract is reconstruction of the administrative area of ​​Emmaus. The complex consists of administrative buildings, the current user of which is the Client. The urban complex consists of three buildings with separate entrances (A, B, C) and an exhibition and assembly hall, also with a separate entrance (CAMP). Buildings A and B have four floors, building C has five floors. Buildings A, C have basements. The campus is located in an area that is bounded by streets on three sides, namely Vyšehradská, Na Moráni and Pod Slovany streets, and on the fourth side by the Na monastery Slavs. The complex of administrative buildings also includes buildings for the operational facilities of the area, such as areas with landscaping and an outdoor parking lot for cars. Orchard improvements will be renewed on the affected plots and will be completed reconstruction of the parterre.
