Description: The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor of the construction work according to the tender documentation and their annexes ("construction" or "work"). The performance of the public contract also includes the design of design activities consisting in the elaboration of project documentation (following the contracting authority provided part of the documentation - architectural study, documentation for zoning decisions and documentation for building permits) and providing related activities, including engineering activities, necessary focus, obtain documents for documents for Proper approval of the work, processing the documentation of the actual execution of the work, and the production of the work and the provision of licenses.
