Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the reconstruction of the roof structure and thermal insulation of the roof cladding incl. New roofing. These are construction work on the existing building of the administrative building in the client. The building is in unsatisfactory condition and spatially oversized for long -term needs of the client. Construction work will consist mainly in removal and breakdown of the roof, roof structure and 2 floors in the attic. As part of the event, the construction work will also be solved the interior of the building, especially the new floor structures and the surface treatment, as well as the reconstruction of the health distribution and wiring in the range according to the processed project documentation. Construction work in the extent of the subject of performance of the public contract will be carried out in the building of the Březina Home building, a contributory organization at Rychvaldská 531, 735 41 Petřvald. The detailed definition of the subject of the Public Procurement, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the Annexes of the tender documentation.
