- Brief description of the object VZ: total repair of the facade of the building (repair of plasters + facade paint), insulation of the floor of the attic space, installation of air/water heat pumps with connection to the existing heating system of the building and installation of the air conditioning system for five offices in the 3rd floor. The actual layout of the building and the way of using the building does not change. The detailed specification of the work is given in Annex 1 to the contract for work - “Project documentation for the work” and Annex 3 of the Agreement for the Work “Match the extent of the Contractor and Subject of the Contract”. More information on the performance of the contract is given in Annex 1 of this call.
