- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting in building modifications of the cultural house in Zábřeh, including the delivery of stage mechanics. The construction work concerns the space of the hall and the adjoining facilities and the offices and the hygienic facilities. It is mainly a variation of complete structures, as well as building modifications concerning the requirements of fire safety solutions, techniques of building environment, air conditioning, heating and wiring. The modification of the parterre in the northwest part of the building is also planned. Part of the public contract is the implementation of part D.2.1 Stage Mechanics. The subject of the public contract is also a two -storey extension, in which the catering facilities (bar), sanitary facilities for visitors and information center will be located. Further construction work concerns the existing foyer and its connection with the extension.
