• The subject of the public order is the delivery of works of art and related elements to the permanent exhibition in the museum.
  The contracting authority states that, with regard to the specifics of the subject of the public contract, it considers it necessary to negotiate with the participants in the procurement procedure on a closer definition of the subject of the public contract and on business conditions future contractual relationship. The client's goal is to find a form of closer definition of the subject of the public contract and business conditions (i.e. such a solution) that will be able to meet the needs of the client.
  The contracting authority further states that the outcome of the competitive dialogue will be a binding sample contract, which will subsequently become an integral part of the tender conditions of this public contract.
