Description:
The subject of the contract is the legal framework for the complex implementation of LV/LV and DTS line constructions, incl. possible provision of the related optical infrastructure and provision of all Material, with the exception of Material supplied by the Customer, and to provide related performance, in particular project documentation, public discussion and establishment of the VB (including ensuring all related steps, in particular the conclusion of the relevant contract, GP measures, deposit into the CN, payment of compensation, etc.) including transfers with the CRC for individual Buildings and related payments up to the amount of CZK 1,000,000 (each Building and all related payments).
