- Realization of the EPC II energy saving action of the Central Bohemian Region, a set of objects c. 9
Description of the contract: The fulfillment of public contracts is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result according to ยง10e, paragraph 4 of the Act c. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended by later regulations , resting a) in implementationpreliminary activities; b) in processing the necessary project documentation for the implementation of cost-saving measures; c) in ensuring the requirements associated with obtaining a building permit; d) in the implementation of basic energy-saving measures; e) in the processing of documentation of the actual implementation of cost-saving measuresand; f) in the development of operational advice for newly installed equipment and operator training; g) in the provision of energy management; h) in providing a guarantee for achieving contractually guaranteed savings; for the purpose of achieving an increase in energy efficiency and a reduction of operating costs in the client's building.
