- Realization of the EPC II energy saving action of the Central Bohemian Region, a set of objects c. 8
Description of the order: Complete the public order is the implementation of energy saving measures in the client's objects using the EPC method. It is a complex public order including preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoringand evaluation of the results of implemented energy-saving measures (for a period of at least 12 years), whereby the supplier with whom the contract will be concluded will provide contractual guarantees to the contracting authority for the achievement of the contractually determined energy savings and for the achievement of the expected economic benefits of the event. The supplier himself, for exampletakes concrete energy-saving measures and includes them in the EPC action, which will then be implemented in the buildings. According to the client's assumptions, the proposed energy-saving measures will cover the area of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, consumption of heat and cold water, etc. The contractor bears the relevant risk of failureecho when achieving savings in the implementation of the measures proposed and implemented by them. The subject of the performance of the public order is, in accordance with the above, at least the following scope of activities: 1. the design of energy-saving and other measures for the client's objects (see the place of execution of the public order), 2. processingrelevant executive and project documentation for the implementation of cost-saving, mandatory and other measures, if required by the given measure, 3. provision of the necessities associated with obtaining a building permit, if the proposed measure requires them, 4. delivery and installation of the proposed and so-called above. . - Documents :
