Description: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of building modifications that solves the partial superstructure at the level of the 3rd NP building "A". In relation to the entire building, it is a construction activity affecting the partial part of the building, especially 3. NP. Locally the building also hits other floors (installation management), especially 2. NP because of the establishment of a new operating staircase only for employees between 2nd NP and 3rd NP to ensure operational connection. By building modifications, the overall appearance of the building will be partly changed, the purpose of taking the building as a whole does not change. It is therefore a change of completed construction.
