Description: • The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (VZ) is the supply of 2 echocardiographs for III. Internal clinic of the General University Hospital in Prague.
• The subject of performance of the public contract is also defined by a binding proposal for the purchase contract, which is annexed to the tender conditions No. 2.
• In connection with the provisions of Section 6 (4) of the Act, the contracting authority took into account the obligation to comply with the principles of responsible public procurement, to the extent that it considers the nature and meaning of this public contract as reasonable and possible, even with respect to others Principles referred to in Section 6 of the Act.
• The instrumentation is acquired within the 99th Call of the Integrated Regional Operational Program from the VFN Prague - Bariatric Center. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and is fully in line with the specific goal of 6.1 React-EU.
