Description: • The subject of the public contract (vz) is the supply of 2 pcs of echocardiographs for III. Internal Clinic of the University Hospital in Prague.

• The subject of the performance of the public contract is also defined by a binding proposal for a purchase contract, which constitutes the Annex to the Terms and Conditions No. 2.
• In connection with the provisions of Section 6 (4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority took into account the obligation to comply with the principles of the responsible procurement of public procurement, and to the extent that it considers to the nature and meaning of this public contract for adequate and possible, even with regard to others the principles set out in Section 6 of the Act.

• Instrumentation is acquired within the 99th Challenges of the Integrated Regional Operational Program from the VFN Praha - Bariatric Center. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and is fully in line with the specific objective 6.1 of the REACT-EU.

• This item is listed in the list of equipment 99. Challenges under the C29 number and the name of the echocardiographic device.
