Description: The subject of public procurement is the supply of cardiology angiographic system incl. Construction adjustments for II. Internal Clinic of General University Hospital in Prague, including accessories, duties, transportation, deployment and ecological disposal of the original instrument, installation of a new device, commissioning, functional and acceptance tests, embodiments of the instructing according to the provisions of Act No. 89/2021 Coll. on medical devices and transmission of documents that apply to the goods or construction, in particular the declaration of conformity and instructions for the operating in both printed and electronic form, incl. Warranty service for 2 years and post-warranty service for 8 years and other conditions of the tender documentation.

The subject of the performance of the public contract is also defined by a binding draft contract to supply the device and the construction of construction and service contracts, which account for the Annex to these Terms and Conditions No. 2.
