The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of framework agreements for the provision of services consisting in the transportation and handling of the client's weights on the basis ofnegotiations handed over to the supplier by the contracting authority and services consisting in the storage of weights, if so stipulated in the procurement documentation. According to § 35 of the Act, the public contract is divided into 3 parts P. no. Name of part of the contract 1. RD for storage and transport of weights ČMI - OI Liberec 2. RD for storage and transportfor weights ČMI - OI Plzeň 3. RD for the transport of weights ČMI - OI Prague A separate framework agreement will be concluded for each part of the order.
