- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as "VZMR") is the implementation of services set out in the attached design of the Framework Agreement. The required services are specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The implementation of the services will be realized on the basis of partial calls to provide performance in accordance with the conditions set out in the proposal of the Framework Agreement, which is part of the tender. The "00D design of RD Thermoking 2023-2025" and "00D Annex 1 Price basket" and download the required services according to the instructions at the bottom of the price basket. Then attach both filled files as an attachment to your menu. Annexes 2, 3 and 4 do not need to be attached to the offer, they are available as a pattern. We require that the subject of the public contract is to ensure compliance with labor-law regulations pursuant to the Labor Code and the Employment Act and the resulting obligations. We also require compliance with correct supply relations. We prefer environmentally friendly solutions, especially a solution that effectively takes into account the life cycle of the subject of performance and has a positive effect on the environmentality of the realization of the subject of performance.
