• The purpose of the agreement is to ensure the permanent operation of airsoft weapons and compliance with the manufacturer's service.
  The Client's obligation is to pay the agreed price for the properly executed service.
  The contractor's obligation is to carry out a service defined by this Agreement.
  The subject of this public contract of small The scope (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the service:
  Service and repairs of airsoft weapons for the VU 6624 Bechyně, performing service operations set by the manufacturer, regular technical maintenance and post -warranty repairs of the mentioned type series (see contract draft) according to the technical conditions of the manufacturer as amended (hereinafter only "TP"), ČSN and related generally applicable legislation. The Client reserves the right to change the number and types of these weapons depending on the organizational changes in the MO resort - (by mutual agreement).
