• Description:
• The subject of performance is to draw up the project documentation based on the processed plan of common facilities (hereinafter PSZ) of comprehensive land consolidation for the cadastral area of ​​Cheznovice 1/2021, which included a proposal for a new land ordering. The processor was Agroplan spol. s ro, Jeremenkova 411/9, 147 00 Prague 4 - Podoli. As part of the PSZ, it was considered north of the village Cheznovice with the realization of the revitalization of the part of the open, blocks of the class of fortified main drainage equipment (IDVT 10267101, ČHP 1-11-01-023), which starts under the agricultural area and is joined into Štěpansky pond. Included a proposal Accompanying planting of the IP1 interaction element. A total of about 20 m wide belt on 3 plots (no. 2169, 2036, 2015) with a length of about 700 m was defined for revitalization of RVT and accompanying IP1. Even flow pools with litoral. The trough will be designed shallow, meandering with the necessary stabilization. Implementation will slow down, retention of water in the landscape and at the same time the pools will perform the function of the finishing before joining the Štěpansky pond. The area concerned will be grassy and planting greenery trees and shrubs. The PD will include a separate design of three -year aftercare. The locality is drained by a detailed drainage. Any interruption of the detailed drainage will be captured by new drains with the flow of ev. The pools so that there is no coincidence and depreciation of the surrounding land. The aim of the construction is to strengthen System of ecological stability of the territory, where the locality is currently burdened with intensive agriculture, systematic drainage with flow regulation without the presence of greenery. The subject of performance is also the author's supervision of the designer.
