• Description:
• We request RD for on-site repairs, periodic service inspections and revisions according to the area. 1 - price calculation, with expected payment from 1/4/2026 - 31/3/2028. - the contractor is obliged to sign certificates according to the area. 2 tto contracts - certificates. We ask for an ISO Certificate 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, Osvden OS 051672 (AQAP 2110) - validity of certificates for the entire period of full RD; - we request permission to carry out repairs, service inspections (technical details), periodic and inter-periodic tests according to the ADR standard and calibration of the flow rate of the container at PHM. In order to maintain safety, reliability and in accordance with the original technical parameters of the container, we request that all revisions and repairs be carried out using original spare parts and approved procedures; - the contractor must have a contract of liability for the code fined persons for code violation during the performance of services according to RD - validity for the entire period of full RD; - we request a warranty for a period of 6 months for the work performed and 12 months for the spare parts used during repairs; - we request that the defect be carried out at the expense of the provider; - vengeance taken repairs - Vn 485, 500 03 Hradec Krlov.
