Description:
It is a practical inspection, repair and technical inspection of Tatra trucks of various model numbers and modifications as described in the Price Consideration form, which you fill out and send to the VZ. The draft agreement is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be completed by the applicant, signed by the authorized person and returned as of the VZ area. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the provisions of Article 46 of the Act. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement.
The client requests to fill in the considered price offer (criterion . 1) and the distance from the client's seat to the city (criterion . 2). I can find the distance using the internet link www.mapy.cz, where there will be an address from the client's office (Dragounsk 66, 339 01 Klatovy) to the city of Pln (short route in paid sec).

Documentation requested by services:
o Record of delivery and acceptance of equipment (to repair, from repair).
o Contract sheet with a list of works and materials used.
o Protocols from the beginning on equipment defections, including a breakdown the prices of the necessary ND and the price of the work for the repairs.
o Chassis Geometry Protocol.
Supplier qualifications: Certification for chassis parts of required military vehicles, including armored vehicles verse
