• Description:
• The purpose of the VZ is to ensure repairs and servicing of vehicles with T-815 chassis
  
  The subject of the work for the purposes of this contract is to ensure repairs and servicing of vehicles with T-815 chassis at the 15th Engineer Regiment in Bechyn for the purpose of ensuring their operability.
  
  Client's obligation payment for properly performed workit the agreed price.
  
  The customer requests the shortest possible distance of the contractor's place of business from VU 6624 Bechyně, i.e. 4916'24.988"N, 1430'5.590"E for the reason of saving own operating costs.
  
  The customer requests to attach the authorization for the repair activities-qualification documents, such as a business statementdaily register, or similar records, or a copy of a document proving qualification (trade license for the required type of service, etc.), a duly completed and rechecked price offer (we ask for a check of the correctness of the calculation) and a duly completed and signed draft agreement or contract - both documentsnty are attached to the VZ.
  
  If you are an employer employing more than 50% of persons with disabilities and you are authorized to provide substitute performance, please reserve this performance.
  
  The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months, or until the financial limit is exhausted. In the case of signing the centrenal contracts concluded by the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, this agreement will be unilaterally terminated - see draft framework agreement.
  
  By submitting an offer, the company agrees to the business terms and conditions stated in the draft contract. The winning company must have a bank account published on the tax portal of the Ministry of Finance, to which the provcashless payment is accepted. A complaint due to disagreement with the terms of reference or the procedure for evaluating public contracts must be received within 3 working days from the date of announcement of the public contract and within 3 working days from the date of publication of the public procurement evaluationno orders. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders, to cancel the tender procedure until the conclusion of the contract, not to return submitted tenders received as part of the tender procedure to the participants and not to provide reimbursement of costs.
