- The purpose of the VZ is to ensure the repair and service of vehicles with T-810 chassis.
For the purposes of this contract, the subject of the work is the performance of service work, maintenance and repair according to the vehicle manufacturer's technical conditions as amended (hereinafter referred to as "TP"), ČSN and related generally applicable legal regulations on the basisof invitations to the framework agreement for work (hereinafter referred to as the "Invitation to RD") on the vehicles Tatra T-810 flatbed, T-810 lifting head DHollandia DHLM.20 1500 kg, T-810 box and T-810 armored. The customer reserves the right to change the number and types of equipment depending on organizational changes in the MoD department.
Commitment by the customere to pay the agreed price for properly executed work.
The customer requests the shortest possible distance of the contractor's premises from VU 6624 Bechyně, i.e. 4916'24.988"N, 1430'5.590"E for the reason of saving own operating costs.
The customer requests attach authorization for repair activity-qualification dockments, such as an extract from the commercial register, or similar records, or a copy of a document proving qualification (business license for the required type of service, etc.), a duly completed and rechecked price offer (we ask for a check of the correctness of the calculation) and a duly completed and signed proposal dagreements or contracts - both documents are attached to the contract. or by exhausting the financial limyth. In the case of signing a central contract concluded by the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, this agreement will be unilaterally terminated - see draft framework agreement.
By submitting an offer, the company agrees to the terms and conditions stated in the draft contract. The winning company must have a ba published on the tax portal of the Ministry of Financebank account to which the non-cash payment will be made. A complaint due to disagreement with the tender conditions or the procedure for evaluating public contracts must be delivered within 3 working days from the date of the announcement of the public contract and within 3 working days fromnot the publication of the evaluation of the public contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders, to cancel the tender procedure until the conclusion of the contract, not to return submitted tenders received as part of the tender procedure to the participants and not to provide reimbursement of costs. - Documents :
