- This is a small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as VZMR) for the purchase of drugs-medicinal preparations for the Military Veterinary Institute Hlučin, including branches, in the period from the signature of the RD to 28/2/2025.
Detailed description - see Annexes No. 1-4.
Performance will be implemented according to the requirements - partial orders issued by the contracting authoritye based on the concluded framework agreement with the winning participant for the above-mentioned period. In the given period, the supplier will ensure individual partial fulfillment by sales and own delivery or transporter at the expense of the supplier company of the specified range of goods according to attachment number 2.
Expected amount of fulfillment frameworkof the agreement (RD) in the specified period will be up to a maximum of CZK 1,900,000.00 including VAT. However, this amount may not be reached.
We require:
1. That the distribution of drugs-medicinal preparations for the Hlučin Military Veterinary Institute, including branches, be carried out at the expense of the winning participant, and in an emergency, within 2 working daysdays from the signing of the binding order via ET NEN, proper supply within a maximum of 10 working days from the signing of the binding order via ET NEN - see draft RD. Delivery of orders on working days Monday - Friday between 7:00 and 14:30, order delivery to be notified in advance by phone (contact persons including phone numbers, see draft RD)
2. Minimum expiration of delivered goods 12 months from delivery. The delivery of goods with a shorter expiration must be discussed with the customer in advance.
3. Import of goods included in the price of the order.
4. The applicant must meet the applicable distribution and handling requirementseven with medicines according to applicable standards - see draft RD. Please present this authorization.
5. For partial orders to be signed with an electronic signature in the ET NEN system - see business conditions, the contracting authority requires within 3 working days of their insertion into ET.
Requirements:
Completion of the price offer intable - see Appendix No. 2 ATTENTION start according to the instructions under the table in Appendix No. 2.
As Appendix No. 3, insert a discussed and possibly amended draft of the framework agreement, which will be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the participant's organization.

Possubmitted attachments in PDF format. The required documents proving the fulfillment of the basic qualification requirements and extracts from the commercial and trade register must not be older than 3 months from the date of the announcement of the VZMR.
