- The subject of the VZ is the conclusion of the framework agreement to ensure the comprehensive service service of the mass transport of persons (bus) of the Volkswagen Crafter factory brand (hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle"). The subject of VZ and framework agreements will also be assistance services (repairs on the way) and towing throughout the Czech Republic and the geographical territory of Europe, 24 hours a day for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
