- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. The PΕiΕΎ with one participant for the continuous supply of motor diesel in 2026 for the needs of individual organizational units of the contracting authority.
In accordance with Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority decided to divide the subject of the public contract into 4 parts. Each of the Part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately.
