Description:
the element of the agreement is to ensure the permanent operability of MERCEDES BENZ AROCS dump trucks, including accessories and compliance with the service requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The client's obligation is to pay the agreed price per day of the service performed. The contractor's obligation is to perform the service defined in this agreement. The subject of this public contract of a small scale (according to the VZMR) is the service: RD for Repairs and servicing of the MERCEDES BENZ AROCS dump including services for the V 6624 Bechyn, carrying out service work determined by the vehicle manufacturer, regular technical maintenance and inspection of repairs of passenger vehicles of the specified types (see draft contract) according to the vehicle manufacturer's technical conditions in the current version (according to TP only), SN and related generally applicable primary regulations. The customer reserves the right to make changes to the sweat and type of technique mentioned in relation to the organizational changes in the MoD department. By submitting an offer in this contract, the supplier automatically agrees to the many listed conditions of this contract. The tender price will be the highest acceptable by the contracting authority and will include the total costs of the supplier with the services provided.
