- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter also VZMR) is the provision of services, which means courses of lecturers of further education. Services will be provided gradually after partial fillings on the basis of individual calls to provide compliance (orders) in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement,which, including all attachments, forms an integral part of the tender documentation of this VZMR (hereinafter also the VZMR ZD). The contracting authority does not allow variant solutions. The participant will attach a proposal for a framework agreement, which is annexed to this tender documentation see. Documents - adds primarily their identification data,Offer price, signature of an authorized person and other data that respond to the conditions of the award of this VZMR. The contracting authority reserves the right to refine the final wording of the contract formally before signing the contract with the selectedparticipant.
