- The subject of the performance of the public contract is:
a) independent implementation of penetration testing within IS based on:
i. for elements of critical information infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as "KII"), from §16 and §25 of Decree No. 82/2018, on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures,submission requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal (decree on cyber security),
ii.or from generally recommended practice for IS outside the KII perimeter;
b)expert support of the Customer as a KII operator in the development and operation of KII elements.
Detailed specification of the subject of performance inpublic contract, including the scope of performance, is given in Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation - model of the framework agreement and its annexes.
