Description: The subject of the public contract is the processing of complete project documentation for the extension of the municipal sports hall in the area of ​​the Tyrš stadium in Jindřichův Hradec. The newly planned extension is designed at the eastern facade of the existing sports hall at the site of the former boiler room (par. No. 1930/3 of the cadastral area of ​​Jindřichův Hradec). The project will also include the project of the demolition of this boiler room, as well as other buildings necessary for the construction site and the arrival of construction equipment to the future construction, namely three brick buildings of shelters on land no. 1916/5, 1916/6 and 1916/7 ( Currently there are unused public toilets, as well as the premises for storing garden equipment) and the building of the old gatehouse on the plot No. 1916/17 of the Ú. Jindřichův Hradec. The public contract is specified in the details in the Annex marked as the assignment/investment plan (see Annex 1 of this tender documentation).
