Description:
It is a security of full functionality, operability, operating reliability, restoration of specified technical parameters, maintenance, service, repair, revision, MOT, failure and exhaust services at the Regional Military Command Karlovy Vary in 2025-2026, as described in binding price offer. In case of failure to meet the qualification requirements listed in the "Price Specifications" ensemble, it is an incomplete offer and the contractor will be discarded before the offer of tenders !!! The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the data reasonably the provisions of Section 46 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts. The contracting authority requires to fill in binding “price specifications” see Annex 1 (criterion 1), “Price for Work - Supplementary Works” see Annex 1 (criterion 2), “discount on spare parts from the ND catalog” see Annex 1 (criterion No. 3), "distance of the establishment from the registered office" see Annex 1 (criterion No. 4).
