- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereafter referred to as the "VZMR") is the performance of the services specified in the attached draft framework agreement. The required services are specified in the specification of this VZMR. The implementation of the services will be implemented on the basis of partial calls for the provision of performance in accordance with the conditions establishedthem in the draft framework agreement, which is part of the tender conditions. Download the files "00d Draft RD transport 2024 II" and "00d Appendix No. 1 Price basket - calculation of transport of equipment" to your PC, price the required services in the yellow fields "Price per piece without VAT in CZK" and further according to the instructions in codays of the price basket. Then attach both completed files as attachments to your offer. Attachment No. 2 does not need to be attached to the offer, it is provided as a sample.
Submission of complaints by bidders due to disagreement with the tender conditions is possible within a period of 3 working days, which are counted frome announcement of VZMR. Submission of applicants' complaints due to disagreement with the procedure for the evaluation of the VZMR is possible within 3 working days, which are counted from the date of publication of the evaluation of the VZMR.
Enclose proof of road carrier's liability insurance with a minimum limit of CZK 5,000,000. Further according to the General Terms and ConditionsMinistry of the Czech Republic.
