- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the purchase of material - Accumulator chargers in the scope specified by this VZMR and the draft Contract - framework agreement (hereinafter also only "Contract"), which is an integral part of the tender conditions and on the basis of individual calls to fulfill - partialof orders issued by the customer in accordance with the Agreement. The ordering party reserves the right to perform the Contract in the amount of 0% to 100% of the expected maximum volume of performance. The expected maximum volume of fulfillment of this Agreement based on partial orders is a maximum of CZK 250,000 incl. VAT. Specific quantitywill be listed in individual calls - partial orders to the framework agreement.
By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense (in the current version published on the contracting authority's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference. The procedure for submitting bids isas amended by the Operating Regulations of the electronic instrument. - Documents :
