Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "RD") for each part with one participant in accordance with Section 131 of the Public Procurement For the acquisition of new vehicles according to the specifications in Annex 1 for the supplied vehicles.
Fulfillment on the basis of the RD will take place without the restoration of the competition in accordance with Section 134 of the Public Procurement Act, ie by issuing orders by the contracting authority.
The public contract is divided into multiple parts that will be fulfilled separately.
The contracting authority organizes a tour of the place of performance within the part of the VZ 3. So that they have Suppliers of all necessary information to process the offer. It is a tour of work adapters (snow plows and spreaders). For details, see Article 2.6 of the tender documentation.
